FrameWorks is a program of Mission West Virginia that provides support for those interested in foster care or kinship care to understand the system, find a placement agency, and prepare to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child.

Our efforts include recruiting families to foster/adopt, helping families to navigate the certification process and providing support to kinship caregivers. Additionally, we organize events throughout the year to promote awareness of foster care, adoption and kinship care.

If you would like to receive an information packet about how to become a foster and/or adoptive parent, please fill out the following form at this link: ONLINE INFORMATION REQUEST FORM. We also encourage you to give us a call if you have any questions. For questions or to speak directly with our Foster Care Coordinator, call 304-562-0723.

Bridge Program

The Bridge Program is an evidence-based mentorship initiative that now serves more than 500 teens in foster and kinship care every school year. Mentors work alongside school staff and families to support each student from every angle. With a focus on improved attendance, behavior, and grades, participants make progress at their own pace with the ultimate goal of completing high school with a solid post secondary plan in place.
